Founded in 2002, OES is a professional environmental consulting and services firm providing full-spectrum solutions to clients across multiple industries experiencing environmental needs in the current regulatory and physical environment.
OES has managed hundreds of Oklahoma Corporation Commission Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) cases from Initial Site Characterization to Final Closure, executed Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments some of the state’s most high-profile real estate transactions, supplied compliance and system Operation & Maintenance (O&M) on EPA Superfund sites, and provided active mitigation, remediation, and restoration on Department of Defense military bases and facilities.

Dan Genovese is a seasoned and dynamic leader with a background in finance, real estate development, and both upstream and downstream oil and gas. One of his greatest priorities is stewardship, and he has made this a matter of importance within OES. He values the stewardship of the environment as well as the people around him. Drawing on his vast knowledge and experience in management and finance, Dan continues to elevate OES as the leading environmental consulting firm in Oklahoma. Under his leadership, the company has thrived.
Dan has served in various finance roles at Janus Capital, Black Creek Capital, and Starwood Capital, and in leadership positions at Balmar Management/Balmar Petroleum, Chesapeake Energy, and EnerCom, Inc.
