1. Gather Data and Records
We analyze the history of the property utilizing maps, databases, interviews and historical documentation. We want to know of any possible releases that may have affected the site.
2. Examine the Site
At the site property, we take photos and examine anything that could be considered a “Recognized Environmental Condition” (REC). If a REC is identified, our team assesses the historical and current impacts of the release to the site property.
3. Compile the Report
WE take all the data collected throughout the assessment and compile it into a detailed document outlining the history of the property and any RECs found.
